Banana, clove, spicy, citrus aroma. Sweet, fruity, big-bodied, oaky red wine presence.
We brew Bare Tree exactly the same every year, taking our original Hefeweizer recipe to a higher strength. The traditional clove and banana notes give way to melon and fleshy fruit, deep caramel, and black pepper characters.
