Our collaborative Villa Myriam Coffee Pale Stout has hit the mark with all the traits of an awesome coffee beer.
A thick tan head matches the full coffee aroma that you get when closing in on this brew. The flavor is all coffee with
a balance of pale maltiness on the back of the tongue. Itβs a trick on the senses as you notice more fruity notes of beer
pulling from the strong coffee flavor. We start with a pale ale base, add dark roasted malts and finally combine the beer
with Villa Myriam medium roast cold brew coffee. When your love for coffee and for beer finally collide, why not go bold
with it? We find this brew spectacular and as tempting at 8am as it is at 5pm.
