Beer Description
Richard the Whale Barrels filled with Russian Imperial Stout. Then we cold pressed and added Geisha , 2015 best coffee in the world from JBC roasters.
Our friends at JBC Roasters were incredibly generous to send us Finca La Mula Panama Geisha, a roast that won 2015 best coffee in the world. As we were we filling Richard the Whale barrels with our Russian Imperial Stout, the news came with this rare gift of coffee. We held back a barrels worth of beer, cold pressed the Geisha, and added it to the bright tank to capture as much aromatics and flavor of the coffee as possible. Immense, sweet, juicy, intricate peach finish. Lilac, jasmine, apricot, and much more in the aroma.
