A bright citrus forward IPA brewed with kumquats and a yeast that produces minor wild like characteristics.
A bright citrus forward IPA brewed with kumquats and a yeast that produces minor wild like characteristics. On the nose there are aromas of tart citrus and tropical forward hops. This is followed by a juicy palate that opens with notes of oranges, lemons, kumquats, and a medley of tropical fruit. Finishes with a kiss of sweetness before drying with a pleasant tartness.
