Beer Description
We have created a beer that is full of dark malts and rich in flavor with just a hint of Anaheim and Jalapeno chilies to give it a mild spiciness and peppery nose. Sharktooth is a sweet stout brewed with local chilies that were roasted, peeled and seeded and added to the boil kettle to create just enough chili presence that wonβt be overwhelming. So, why did we name it Sharktooth? Well, because between 1971 and 1986, you could go a few miles east of town to Sharktooth ski area β the Northern Colorado local ski hill.
