Beer Description
This Belgian Strong Ale was aged in Bourbon barrels and spiked with Sangiovese grape juice. 4 barrels to be exact. But upon tasting the barrels several times with Scott at Blank Slate, there was one barrel that stood above the rest, one that just was more elegant, and mature and that reigned supreme. So, while the other 3 rest quietly and attempt to catch up, this certain barrel was too good not to bottle on its own and give it its justice as its individual project.
