The Doginator is our take on a traditional German Doppelbock. Rich, full-bodied, a little bit sweet, with tons of caramel, molasses, and breadiness.
The Doginator is our take on a traditional German Doppelbock. Rich, full-bodied, a little bit sweet, with tons of caramel, molasses, and breadiness. We use very little hops in this lager to allow the malt to really shine and a lager yeast to allow the beer to finish clean and dry and just enough time in the tanks to all of the rich flavors mellow beautifully.
