Beer Description
A smoked Belgian wit, dark double IPA. It’s like walking into a smoke filled room, only to have it clear out and allow you to settle into a dark spicy place.
The Story:
A Collabrewation with Nick of Brothers Beer Bistro!
We sat together and talked about going a little crazy. He was thinking a dark IPA with some smoke, then i pulled in the belgian wit yeast and bango! you’ve got one complex beer!
The Beer:
There’s a lot going on here…
The smoke hits you right away, but fades quickly into the dark and mysterious malty body of caramel and munich malts. Challenger, Newport and Willamette hops in the boil give it floral, spicy, earthy and grassy tones.
