Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with Brothers Beer Bistro, our Belgian-style dubbel features toffee malt complexity and dried fruit notes. The beer is enhanced by a house-made syrup prepared by the Brothers kitchen with subtle hints of cranberry, apricot, raisin and rum. The dubbel-style was pioneered by monasteries in the Middle Ages and was revived in the mid-1800s by monks at Westmalle Abbey.
