This is Milepost’s hoppier brother. It has nearly twice the IBUs of our pale ale. Its medium body and crisp, sharp finish is due to the bite of the Citra hop – the only hop used in this beer. But don’t worry, hop heads. We used a lot of it! We even dry-hopped this bad boy with Citra hops. Don’t fear the hop, indeed! To balance the bite, this beer has one of the largest grain bills of any of our regular recipes, featuring Pale, Munich, and Victory malts, making it a higher alcohol beer.
