Beer Description
A much needed taste of summer during the cool Bay Area nights, Chenin Blanc, our wine grape IPA, is a vibrant blend of sticky and fruity American hops alongside an abundance of wine grapes of the same name. Aromas of white wine grape, guava, and fresh berries emit lively from the glass teasing the senses. Take a sip and you’ll see this IPA is as dry as you’ve ever had, and as it slowly warms the white wine character begins to build and stick around longer and longer. Hops that are as complimentary as possible take the hand off from the grapes and take your palate on a voyage, bridging from Chenin Blanc grapes to very wine grape-esque hop notes, to blueberries and pineapple, ending with a mild dank note and an abnormally dry finish.
