The melon-rich aroma of Mosaic hops meld with the passionfruit characters of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops, creating lush, ripe melon and passionfruit flavors punctuated by a judicious helping of Amarillo and Citra hops in the finish, leaving a slightly peppery finish on the tongue.
