Beer Description
Beer meets cider in this collaboration between head brewer Pete Koelsch and cider master Scott Topel. This saison was brewed with fresh pressed cider added to the boil. It was then fermented using Belgian yeast, giving it a pleasant spicy flavor complimented by a tart apple finish.
