assertive hop character with notes of citrus and pine, and aromatic rosemary
A variation on our flagship ale, the Swamp Fox IPA, this beer is full-bodied and maintains a delicate balance of hop bitterness and malt sweetness, with a bright, herbaceous finish from the addition of fresh rosemary.
In 2011, this brew beat out 90 other entries for the honor of the Gold Medal in the Herb/chocolate category at the Great American Beer Festival.
