Beer Description
Red Deer, Alberta. A nice mix of Belgian farmhouse yeast, pepper and lemony citrus notes that are all balanced.
Saisons were conceived in the farmhouses of Belgium to quench the thirst of those who toiled in the fields. Our Homesteader Saison is brewed as a tribute to all the homesteaders who cleared the trees, tilled the soil and managed to survive without fast food, ice machines or AC.
While it might be hard for us to relate to the homesteader’s way of life, we can all relate to the refreshing taste of a crisp, cool beer after a hot summer’s day.
So put down that pitchfork, spit out that straw and wipe the sweat off your brow. Reward yourself for the hard work that you do.
