Beer Description
Very pale blond, the Petite Côte (inspired style beers Kölsh, Cologne) is the perfect beer to drink. It does not mean devoid of character! The technique of fermentation and yeast strain that we use to provide this beer a slightly fruity aroma and leaves the malt and floral hops with plenty of room to express themselves, yet subtle. On the palate it is dry and you can find cereals, mixed with the slight bitterness of German hops.
