Beer Description
For this East Coast influenced IPA we used a blend of four heavy hitting American hop varieties – Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Simcoe.
Hence the inspiration for the name, Heavy Cs IPA. This beer has malt flavors reminiscent of nectarines, dark cherries and cranberries that mingle well with the pine, citrus and juniper hop aromas. Heavy Cs is a complex, full-flavored IPA with a balanced malt/hop profile.
