A different take on a DIPA, this beer is fermented with Belgian Rochefort complemented by Citra, Simcoe and Comet hops.
A different take on a DIPA, this beer is fermented with Belgian Rochefort yeast to offer up some banana, apple and pear esters. This character is complemented by Citra, Simcoe and Comet hops to offer some tropical, citrus and some wild/grassy notes.
