Beer Description
This specialty West Coast style IPA features a blend of some our favorite hop varietals.
It starts out with a light malt sweetness and finishes refreshingly crisp and dry from the high fermentability of the 5% wildflower honey used. It has a firm bitterness from Magnum hops followed up by a soft tropical fruitiness with a slight white grape and pine character from a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Centennial hops used throughout the boil and in dry hopping.
