Summertime Ale is a Kolsch-style ale, light and refreshing – perfect for a hot summer afternoon or warm summer evening. With a subtle fruit aroma, a hint of hops, a soft malt character and a slight dryness with a delicate pucker in the finish, this beer brings summer alive. 6.3% ABV, 27 IBUs. Best enjoyed fresh – drink it now. Serve at 39-45F in a Kolsch glass (very similar to that used for a Tom Collins) or a pilsner glass.
