Beer Description
Fertile Soil is an unfiltered fresh hopped golden ale brewed with all local ingredients. This beer pays homage to Colorado agriculture and the wonderfully sunny state we live and brew our beers in. We soured our malt from Colorado Malt Company in Alamosa, Biodynamic hops from Jack Rabbit Hill in the North Fork Valley, a Belgian yeast strain from the Brewing Science Institute in Woodland Park, and ice cold Rocky Mountain water from Fort Collins. Please enjoy this beer fresh, respect the hops and do not age.
