Beer Description

lt is deep gold in color with a very low hop bitterness level and a dense head of white foam.

This traditional unfiltered wheat beer won a Gold Medal in the 22nd annual Great American Beer Fest in Denver, CO.

It is made with up to 50% wheat malt instead of all malted barley which lends a lighter note. Oak Creek Brewing HefeWeizen

lt is deep gold in color with a very low hop bitterness level and a dense head of white foam. This Munich style, German wheat beer is medium bodied, with a traditional banana & clove aroma. It pairs well with German Weiswurst (white sausage) or lighter fare like salads, seafood or sushi.

It is traditionally enjoyed as the summer beer of choice in Bavaria.
