Beer Description
Lime-infused wheat
Zorro, the Spanish word for Fox, is a wheat beer brewed with Canadian 2-Row barley, wheat, flaked wheat, and honey malt. After fermentation it is blended with fresh lime juice which nicely compliment the floral, citrus hop flavors. While this is not a bitter beer, it is heavily hopped at the end of the boil with Liberty and Tettnanger hops.
