Beer Description
Son of Maize is a flavorful hybrid with a light gold color. We started with a traditional American Cream Ale and pitched Belgian yeast giving the beer itβs complexity. Light spicy notes with a hint of banana and finishing with a subtle corn flavor. This beer is refreshing and full of flavor. Son of Maize is our tribute to Belgian artist Rene Magritte and his infamous painting Son of Man.
