Young Scrub Pine needles and tips found just down the hill from the brewery here in Saxapahaw. There’s a soft bitterness that runs throughout and lingers just a little longer then usual from the use of fresh, bright, citrusy pine needles in the boil, finished with just enough resinous hops to connect the dots and keep things balanced.
