Beer Description
The Wise Man was brewed in celebration of our 4th Anniversary. Inspired by the Scarecrow, this beer is a wheat wine aged in Caribbean Rum barrels. White wheat makes up a significant portion of the mash, providing this beer with a full-body, and a smooth, bready finish. The Wise Man pours golden in color, with notes of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of coconut.
