Beer Description
Grafter Rosé is the first cider in our Grafter Series—ciders made from heirloom apples and vintage wine grapes. This release is predominately made with Rome Beauty apples, which pressed out a pale orange. We blended the finished cider with a small amount of red wine. The result is a beautifully rounded cider with notes of strawberries and cream, a hint of green apple, and a silky finish. Enjoy this ‘grafted’ cider on a summer afternoon.
