Beer Description
To celebrate the life and work of the great Chicago poet Carl Sandburg, we named this Belgian I.P.A. after his most famous poem, which celebrated the hard working folks who made our city the greatest on Earth. Itβs brewed with warrior and chinook, and dry-hopped with warrior and cascades alongside only the finest Belgian ale yeast. Happy Birthday, Carl!
