Beer Description
The Smoked porter is black in color, and has a pronounced smoky nose with accents of chocolate and roast malt. The mouth-feel is full with more smoky flavors giving way to chocolate and caramel. The maltiness of this beer is nicely balanced by using a moderate amount of Pacific Northwest hops.
Ingredients:
Malt: Rahr Pale Ale, Wyermann Smoked Malt, Chocolate Malt, Black Malt, Cara Pils, and Special B
Hops: Chinook, Cascades
Yeast: California Ale
