Haystack Hefeweizen is a German-inspired wheat beer crafted from 60% malted wheat, Two-row Pale and Vienna malts, and finished with noble German hops.
We ferment this with our American ale yeast for a spicy, citrus aroma and clean, mellow flavor with yeast overtones. Please gently re-suspend yeast prior to serving
