In a nod to Canada’s great brewing tradition, we brewed a refreshing, easy-drinking blonde ale that’s perfect for any occasion. Like its namesake, Town & Country is about contrast; combining soft malty sweetness with a mild and citrusy hop crispness.
With Town & Country, we set out to brew a refreshing, easy-drinking blonde ale with a little something extra. Like its namesake, this beer is about contrast, combining soft malty sweetness and biscuit notes with midly spicy and citrusy hop crispness.
Town & Country Blonde Ale is brewed using Ontario malted barley and we incorporate organic Red Fife wheat grown and malted in small batches a stone’s throw from Ottawa.
