This Pale Ale is hopped exclusively and heavily with Yakima Cascades and Idaho-grown Chinooks, two of the original experimental hops in craft brewing.
The use of rye in the mash adds intrigue to the malt bill while staying true to the clean and balanced nature of this style. The beer is highly filtered to pay our respects to the original hoppy Pale Ales that made the style popular.
