Beer Description
S.M.A.S.H. Tart (Single Malt And Single Hop) is a tart pale ale that required us to choose the “Other” category for “Style” since we feel it doesn’t fit into any other group. We chose Azacca hops to give the beer a burst of tropical and stone fruits. The acidity from the mashing process is being used as a seasoning, instead of the “main course” in this case as the Azacca hops strike a delicate balance between tart and refreshing.
