Beer Description
Fox Says Wee makes its triumphant return as our 7th Anniversary offering. This rich, complex, full-bodied ale was made by combining two of our popular Bourbon barrel-aged beers, “Oak Smoker” Wee Heavy and BBA Imperial Stout. Once we decided they were both aged to perfection, we then blended to taste and conditioned on top of raw cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Layered flavors of bakers chocolate, charred oak, subtle smoke, and vanilla adorn your palate with each taste. This handcrafted ale will mature and progress over time, cellar at 45-55F for best results.
