Distinct sophisticated & elegant “Italian Pale Ale” that boasts a deep amber color topped with a thick creamy off-white head, bitter yet smooth-uniquely Italian
Different, stylish and elegant “Italian Pale Ale”, that boasts a deep amber color topped with a thick, powdery, off-white head. The rare and uncharacteristic bottle conditioning for the style evokes a refined floral aroma from the specialty Chinhook hop resin mixed with a delicate balance of caramel and sweet malt that refreshes and cleanses the palate with a robust, but still very pleasant and slightly lingering bitter finish. A bouquet of hops and fine malt beautifully balanced with intriguing harmony that sets it apart from the popular style – very different, subtle and uniquely Italian. Excellent with truffle infused cheese, rich buttery risotto, pizza with sausage or prosciutto, speck, venison dishes, and premium burgers.
