Our version of the Vienna Lager is a bit stronger and just tad bit more bitter than traditional Mexican Lagers, I guess that’s just the New Mexican in us.
Our version of the Vienna Lager is a bit stronger and just tad bit more bitter than traditional Mexican Lagers, I guess that’s just the New Mexican in us. Somewhere between American (bit more bitterness), European (which tends to be on the sweet side), and Mexican (characteristically light), our Mexican Lager “Cerveza” is a smooth and malty lager that goes easy on the bitterness and finishes slightly dry. This beer has a light yet rich roasted malt aroma that hits your senses, accompanied by a complex taste that finishes clean and refreshing. This is a “new” Mexican Lager.
