Pink Fuzz on brett aged in oak wine barrels
A very limited bottle release, with the majority of the batch destined for Ontario’s first ever wild yeast showcase: Funkfest! Our offering is a double barrel blend of Pink Fuzz aged in red barrels with Brett. bruxellensis added for funkification. The nose explodes with barnyard character followed by a rich dose of red wine zapped with citrus tang on the palette.
This is Pink Fuzz doing the jungle boogie at the psychedelic disco.
