While brewing a batch of Tropic king, we forgot the final (and only non-Rakau) hop addition. However, all was not lost. The result of this mishap is out all Rakau single-hopped saison. We added three times the dry hop amount as our Tropic King

We added three times the dry hop amount as our Tropic King, giving this beer a hoppy pineapple aroma with bright, fruity citrus flavor
