Beer Description
This Double IPA pours a hazy burnt gold color with a thick, white head that lingers in the glass. The aroma and flavor are dominated by ripe tropical fruits, citrus and pine sap. It is mash hopped with Chinook, first wort hopped with Horizon, plus huge late hop additions and dry hoping with Cascade, Mosaic, Falconer’s Flight and Falconer’s Flight 7C’s. With over seven pounds of hops per barrel, this is an intensely hoppy beer, but remains very drinkable.
