Beer Description
Double fermented refers to a second “feeding” of various sugars to increase the alcohol content as well as bolster the flavor.
The Dark Knight is our double fermented Old Eight Porter, aged in 45th Parallel barrels for 6-12 months. Chocolate, coffee, charcoal, and bourbon are the familiar notes for this beer.
