Beer Description
Most brewers can tell you about that one homebrew recipe that inspired them to drop their day job and pursue brewing full-time. This is that beer. Originating in my garage, it started when my wife had a prickly pear margarita, loved the unique flavor and color of the cactus fruit, and challenged me to incorporate it into a beer. Over three years in the making, and after countless iterations (not to mention several requests from friends to brew more of it), I am proud to share with you this refreshing fruit beer. The bright magenta color that the prickly pear lends to this beer is quite striking, so make sure to pour it into a glass.
