West Coast hops drive this beer: Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial. Finished with a dry hop aroma coming from the Mosaic for fruity, berry, even minty characteristics. A small burst of Honey Malt to the base 2-Row and Pilsen provide a sweet burst to temper the hoppiness.
