Semi-dry cider made from American heirloom apples. Floral, fruity esters, honey and spice aromas. Subtle tannin and a mellow sweetness balance the tartness, giving the cider a pleasant sweetness
A semi-dry cider made from American Heirloom and Cider Apples. Our cider from the 2014 harvest is a blend of nearly 350 different cultivars. The 2014 Heirloom is a menagerie of long-forgotten and uncommon apples such as Calville Blanc dβ Hiver, Arkansas Black, Winesap, Russet Beauty, and Ashton Bitter to name a few. Itβs a highly aromatic cider. Expect floral, herbal, fruity esters, honey, and spices. It balances sharpness with subtle tannin and a mellow sweetness for a pleasant finish.
