Our foeder-fermented Brett saison is bone dry with a cornucopia of complex funk and fruit notes, including pear, white peach, lemon and spice.
Fermented using a unique saison blend featuring Brettanoymyces from an Ontario yeast lab and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, this refreshing farmhouse ale brings the funk.
