It’s rich and vibrant, but lighter in color than most coffee beers. It’s also just a bit tart to lend to it’s overall complexity.
Tart Coffee Ale. We made this beer in collaboration with Madcap Coffee Company and it uses their phenomenal SIX ONE SIX blend to bring huge coffee aromatics to this foeder-fermented brew.
