This is a French farmhouse ale which was aged in French red wine barrels for six months once fermentation was completed. It is a light, easy-drinking beer with a straw color. You will detect notes of the wine in the aroma, and the oak of the barrel
This is a French farmhouse ale which was aged in French red wine barrels for six months once fermentation was completed. It is a light, easy-drinking beer with a straw color. You will detect notes of the wine in the aroma, and the oak of the barrel comes through beautifully in the flavor. Brewed with wheat and French barley it appears cloudy and pours with a dense, white head. The Francy Pants has a slight herbal sweetness and a very small amount of Earthy-hop flavor.
