Beer Description
The name literally means ‘cellar beer’ and is a rather broad style. Kellerbier is fresh, unfiltered, unpasteurized lager. Carbonation is light and the cloudy yeast in suspension adds both flavor and aroma. Our Kellerbier is an unfiltered Franconian farmhouse-style lager with a bready malt character that is balanced by soft carbonation and clean Perle hops.
