Beer Description
One of our 2016 Anniversary Beers. Originally our Kalfornien Tart Blond recipe of Pils and Wheat malts, but we kettle soured this version with Lactobacillus and added Himalayan Pink Salt and a touch of seasonal sour cherry to yield a more Gose-style flavor profile. The result is a friendly tart with subtle salt and a lingering pithy grapefruit character.
