Beer Description
This beer is crisp, with subtle hints of clove, and full of bright citrus hop aroma and flavors.
A brighter, crisper, slightly hoppier spin on the traditional Belgian pale ale style. Hop Top is a dry hopped Belgian Pale Ale; made with 100% pilsner malt, hop-bursted and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Lemon Drop. Unlike most traditional Belgian beers, the esters and phenols are low due to lower fermentation temperatures.
