Beer Description
“Stawberry Fields,” our kettle soured blonde ale with strawberries. We took our “Blondie” recipe and kettle soured it, added over 600 pounds of locally grown Carlsbad Strawberries during fermentation. This slightly tart and sour brew is complemented nicely with the taste of springtime strawberries.
